The 34 year old professional possesses dreams that stretch down a great horizon, while he empowers his peers to stand up for their rights to tackle reoccurring global issues. Amar currently works as a financial analyst and is a founder of a human rights website called Effensource. Effensource spreads awareness of various global issues and allows the public to choose which global issue they wish to take action with.

When using Effensource, a user can choose such causes as:
